Gift Card Holders

I wanted to make gift card holders for Christmas. At first they were going to be simple cards like the ones I made for birthdays, but then I came across these cute pop-up boxes from Qbee's Quest.

They are really great, and the tutorial explains everything perfectly.

I left mine really simple and added Hershey's Kisses.

This is what they look like when you open them.

Holiday Birthdays

It's really easy to get caught up in the holiday frenzy, but I try to remember my family and friends with December birthdays. I've been busy making Christmas presents and crafts, but last night I finally made birthday gift card holders.

For the first one I used the cupcake from Simply Charmed.

I used pop dots for a little dimension on the cupcake and a little glitter on the cherry.

The inside of the card is a simple sentiment and a cupcake stamped on the bottom. (Sorry it's hard to see.)

I didn't use my Cricut for the second card, but I did get to use a new border punch I bought.

A little ribbon and gems for the flowers add nice finishing touches.

The inside is really simple as well.

I really like how these came out, but now I think I need to make more gender-neutral options. These will come in handy for last-minute gifts.

Thanks
